Our client, a leading global funds business, is seeking an experience Unit Registry Officer to join their team, initially for 3.5 months.


  • Maintenance of the unit-holder register including processing applications / redemptions / switches / transfers of units on a daily basis
  • Liaison with clients and trustees regarding holdings and unit pricing information
  • Production of various reports at regular intervals
  • Performing portfolio valuations reconciliations
  • Liaison with external service providers regarding valuations


  • 1 to 4 years experience with an investment manager or custodian in a registry administration role
  • Client liaison experience is desirable
  • Experience with a unit registry system
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (not including macros)
  • Working knowledge of unit trust products
  • Knowledge of fund accounting
  • Exposure to Investment Management systems
  • Understanding of the distribution process
