Having several years of M&A/IBD transaction experience within Investment Banking or Corporate Advisory, the successful candidate will have gained exposure to all aspects of transaction execution including financial valuations, performing due diligence and preparation of investor and management presentations. Ideally exposure to FIG transactions would be preferred. You will be comfortable with financial modelling in preparing and pitching for deals, as well as deal execution experience. Our client ideally is seeking a strong communicator, with the ability to think strategically to help grow the business and progress as a senior banker within the firm.

The salary available will vary depending on direct IBD/M&A experience and any prior FIG transaction experience. We expect in the range of $160k – $210k + super + bonus is likely.
