Global bank requires a stable, hard working Administration Assistant to join their legal team. $30 per hour with an ASAP start. Would suit legal or banking admin candidates.

This is a great opportunity for an administration candidate to join a global bank in their Legal and Compliance team for 12 months. Successful applicants will be coming from a background from another large professional services firm such as Tier 1 Law Firms, Tier 1 banks or large accounting firms and be available to start next week.

Key Responsibilities:
• Administration and office management support
• Establishing and maintaining soft and hard copy filing systems
• Maintaining and updating relevant Australian databases and registers
• Organise all new hire compliance inductions
• Maintaining Training records and collating relevant documentation/evidence
• Organise course enrolments for staff to ensure they are accredited
• Organise and maintain all licensing requirements for Australian licensed entities
• Assist legal in managing and maintaining all Australian registration requirements against the Personal Properties Securities Register
• Printing and collating documents
• Organising meetings and business travel
• Filing updates from regulatory authorities
• Diary co-ordination and management
• Archiving documents and files
• Processing expense claims and invoices
• Answering incoming calls and first point of contact for the Legal & Compliance team
• Ad hoc administrative duties

Requirements:
• Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
• Strong PC application skills including Word, Excel and Email
• Accurate, clear verbal and written communication
• Experience in a regulated financial services legal/compliance corporate environment desirable
• Ability to understand pressures of compliance/legal/corporate environment
