Our client has a very large project and is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to join a large scale implementation project. The successful candidate will be motivated, results & delivery focused with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). They must be effective inter personally and have a demonstrated capability at dealing with different levels of stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Undertaking and coordinating change request or analysis/estimates/document as required
- Engaging internal stakeholders, other business analysts and operational staff as required by projects
- Ability to work collaboratively with other business analysts or other teams towards common goal of timely delivery of the project / deliverable
- Ability to communicate effectively & professionally with clients and act on their requests / questions timely;
- Assisting in analysing and documenting processes as required by projects,
- Progressing Business Readiness with the Change Management process requirements for training, communication, risks & control, compliance and legal (between Sydney and India
- Reporting project progress to stakeholders and management
- Updating issue, risk & change registers if required
- Coordinating and assisting with UAT and defect resolution
- Ensure with assistance of SME that new procedure have been understood and applied (IT and OPS)

- Quick learners with confidence to deal with all matters that can be required on projects: Business technical, IT, HR, Internal Communication, Risk, Compliance and Legal
- Good team players who do not mind jumping in to give the members of the project team a helping hand
