Sitting within the executive team of this leading manufacturing business, the Corporate Development Manager is heavily involved in underlining the strategic development and acquisition targets for the group, during a crucial period of growth in the industry.

Working directly with the senior leadership function, this is a key hire for the business and a unique opportunity for the right candidate. Unlike some corporate positions focused on a narrow project strategy function, this is an opportunity to gain broad exposure to the big picture strategy, M&A and operational development in an entrepreneurial and opportunistic corporate development role.

To be considered for this position you will be degree qualified, MBA or CFA preferred, with at least 3 years M&A experience in an investment bank, professional services firm or similar analytical and demanding role within this space. You will need to possess a superior technical skill set along with strong business writing, presentation and communication skills. Exposure to Australian manufacturing or agribusiness clients would also be an advantage.
