Our client is seeking an Asia-based Training Manager to be responsible for the delivery and design of their Training Program. The role will be responsible for developing an overall training framework, working alongside our client’s partners. The role will involve developing the Training Strategy, and supporting the implementation of the program. Further, it will working closely with BAs and Business SMEs, as well as training delivery to ensure all users are on board with the new work environment.
The successful candidate must have experience working in a high pressure transformation program, as well as experience in developing and delivering training programs in a Financial Services environment. It is expected that candidates have a good understanding and experience of the project life cycle as well as the ability to perform under pressure. Previous experience with the Aladdin Order Management System is an advantage, as well as experience in an Asset Management organisation.
The salary on offer will be depending on prior experience but is actually quite open for an applicant with a strong Training Manager profile. There is also likely to be a substantial project completion bonus payment on offer too. You will be employed on a 1 year contract.
