Our client is a leading global funds management business. They need extra support in their registry team initially for 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of the unit-holder register including processing applications/redemptions/switches/transfers of units on a daily basis
- Liaison with clients and trustees regarding holdings and unit pricing information
- Production of various reports at regular intervals
- Performing portfolio valuations reconciliations
- Liaison with external service provider regarding valuations
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years experience with an investment manager or custodian in a registry administration role
- Client liaison experience
- Experience with a unit registry system
- Proficient in Microsoft Word
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (not including macros)
- Working knowledge of unit trust products
- Knowledge of fund accounting
- Exposure to Investment Management systems
- Understanding of the distribution process
