Our client is a leading provider of wealth management and asset management seeking an Account Manager/ CSR to join their Melbourne team on an initial 12-month contract. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the RM team as an Account Manager/ Client Services Rep on an initial 12m contract, with a strong possibility to convert to permanent employment, dependent on good performance.

The ideal applicant would come from a solid fund reporting or middle office background, combined with ideally several years of client services or relationship management experience in an asset servicing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for our institutional clients satisfaction, through identifying ways to exceed client expectations in their day to day servicing.
  • You will co-ordinate the account administration for clients including but not limited to record keeping, responding to client inquiries, coordinating with internal partners across various locations and different time zones to resolve client queries.
  • Coordinates with servicing teams across various global locations on execution of client activity, communicating with client and internal partners or service provider

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Knowledge of asset servicing operations acquired through related experience is needed to administer client accounts.
  • 5 years’ experience in financial servicing / accounting fields, with a client servicing background.
  • Analytical, problem solving, and organisational skills required to identify and resolve account issues.

You will be paid on an hourly rate that is quite open – depending on the level of prior experience.
