PermanentOur client is a leading global asset manager seeking a candidate to join their Melbourne middle office team.
The ideal candidate will have a few years’ experience in investment/ funds management back office, client services or middle office with cross-product experience across equity, fixed income and OTC.
Broad responsibilities:
- Manage reconciliations and trading operations for all Australian and global managed investment schemes and investment mandates, maintain portfolio data within portfolio management system, ensuring that the Senior Investment Operations Analysts have accurate information to report to their assigned Investment Managers.
- Middle office reporting
- Client reporting
- Ad-hoc project support
Skills:
- 2-6 years’ experience in a similar role within asset management
- Excellent organisational, analytical and problem solving skills allied to practical judgement with the ability to communicate solutions to team members
- Exposure to Portfolio and Order Management Systems (PMS & OMS): Eze Software (or similar), Bloomberg or IRESS/IOS
