Leading global Asset Management firm is seeking an experienced candidate to join as a Client Service Manager for a 12 month maternity leave contract.
Position Purpose
The purpose of this maternity cover contract position is to support the Institutional and Wholesale Distribution business in Australia / New Zealand from a client service and support perspective.
Unit Registry operations or oversight experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Client servicing
o Oversight of daily Trust price review and distribution, website update
o Review monthly/quarterly/annual transaction & tax statements
o Monthly/quarterly/annual Trust and mandate reporting
o Respond to all client and registry queries (by phone and email)
- Unit Registry
o Day to day ownership of relationship with outsourced Registry Client Service Team
o Monitor and review unit registry process to ensure client service levels and SLAs are met
o Support the Product and Compliance function with unit registry information as required
- Client related compliance support
o KYC/AML for mandate clients
o KYC/AML for Lux Trust clients, where required
o Salesforce input (KYC related and Client Case related)
Qualifications required
- Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business
- Unit Registry experience
- At least 3 year’s client service experience at an Asset Manager / Financial Services firm required.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Ability to work flexible hours and manage time effectively
