


Ensure Know-Your-Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) risks are appropriately and proactively identified, monitored, mitigated, managed, and reported to Senior Management within agreed risk parameters and in line with the Head Office framework and Australian market standards.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure key risks and loss events within the branch are identified, measured, and mitigated in relation to KYC and CDD
- Create a risk awareness culture in relation to KYC and CDD
- Work with the Legal and Compliance Department to develop policies
Skills & Experience:
- 3-5 years in a KYC and CDD role in the institutional banking business
- Experience onboarding new institutional banking clients and re-certification of existing clients
- Solutions-driven, the commercial mindset with the ability and experience to interpret the spirit of KYC and CDD
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant systems, and any client screening tools
- Strong time management and prioritising skills
