Our client is a leading global insurance provider seeking a Senior Associate to join their Sydney team to be responsible for leading project delivery.
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for leading project delivery and making other contributions to client engagements, that deliver and support the implementation of valuable insights for their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with (re)insurers to identify and prioritise value-maximising strategic initiatives
- Draft proposals and project initiation documents for high priority initiatives
- Lead the delivery of discrete consulting projects to help (re)insurers to achieve their strategic goals
- Plan and facilitate interviews and workshops with clients and our clients colleagues
- Lead the production of consulting reports and other client deliverables
- Manage junior team members in the delivery of desk-based research, data analysis and other work streams
- Actively participate in the identification and communication of recommendations to clients
- Support the implementation and execution of strategic recommendations
- Support specific aspects of the client relationship alongside other client Inpoint colleagues
- Develop your internal network to connect with our clients market practitioners as required by client-focused activity
Experience/ qualifications needed to be considered:
- Highly analytical and detail-oriented
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
- Maximum of 3 – 5 years experience working in management consulting and/ or an insurance role at a big 4 charter firm
- Personable and able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Willing to travel internationally, should the opportunity arise
- Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
