Our client is a leading global fund services business seeking a Client Reporting Analyst on a 12-month contract to provide support services to the client service and Relationship Management team.
The purpose of the position is to support the business in the achievement of its business objectives by providing support services to the Client Services and Relationship Management teams who are responsible for the leadership of overall client and business interaction and ownership of all key client relationships.
Thus role has responsibility for provision of client support across the CSM and RM teams and all clients. Support will be primarily in the form of fixed periodic tasks, project work for the team and technical assistance on key ‘business as usual’ functions.
- Management of production of client KPI reporting – Generation of report cards on a monthly / quarterly basis (depending on client requirements) using MS Power Point and MS Excel (VBA / Macros & formulas) whilst adhering to agreed client SLA delivery timeframes
- Client communication and compliance/ risk tasks- Maintenance of Governance Framework, Maintenance of compliance and risk frameworks for the Client Development Team and ensure close out of any Compliance or Risk remediation items
- MIS reporting / SLA delivery reports
- Project Management
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role such as in client support, MIS Reporting, project works, collation of KPI & statistical data and have intermediate MS Excel (VBA & Macros preferable) experience.
