Location: Sydney

Salary description: $95-115k + super

  • $100-150k AUD Equivalent
  • Contract or Temporary
  • 3 to 7 years of experience

Corporate Access is a function within the equities business which provides access to our client’s institutional investors in the form of bespoke meetings and trips, roadshows, domestic and offshore conferences, industry experts events.

We are looking for a candidate with a background/experience in:

  • Corporate Access, or
  • An events & marketing professional from within the financial industry, or
  • A desk assistant/PA/EA with 5+ years within the financial industry- ideally investment banking

The role is based in Sydney on the trading floor, as well as being part of the global corporate access team at a leading global investment bank.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Organisation of domestic research roadshows; managing the roadshow dates & calendar, creating invitations, managing all logistics around the roadshow
  • Organisation of offshore non deal and deal roadshows both in person and virtual or hybrid
  • Results season logistics in person / hybrid and virtual (twice a year)
  • Organisation of Corporate roadshows in person and virtual
  • Organisation of internal and client facing events, including company desk briefings, industry expert events, research analyst briefings & relationship building events
  • Global Conferences; liaising with offshore teams, communicating conferences to the local sales
  • Domestic Conferences; managing venues, contracts, keynote and corporate speakers, corporate meeting management
  • Maintaining and updating daily and weekly corporate access calendars

  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience on client tracking and event databases a plus
  • Understanding of virtual event platforms

Business Knowledge:

  • Corporate Access experience, or
  • An events & marketing professional from within the financial industry, or
  • A desk assistant/PA/EA with 5+ years’ within the financial industry – ideally investment banking
  • Good understanding of global markets and working within a large financial company
