


Our client, a global financial institution is seeking an experienced Custody Client Services Representative for a 15-month contract in their Melbourne office.
Scope of Work:
The Custody Client Services Representative will support the administrative and relationship management needs of the firm’s institutional custody clients. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, coordinating client activities, and ensuring a high level of service delivery. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance client relationships through additional products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a key point of contact for custody clients, addressing inquiries and providing guidance on processes and best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and service requests.
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business, objectives, and challenges.
- Assist Relationship Managers in advising clients on industry trends, regulatory changes, and their impact on custody services.
- Support the development and implementation of client solutions, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client relationships and support business growth.
- Travel to client locations when necessary for service reviews and relationship management.
Required Experience:
- Experience in custody and asset servicing environments.
- Strong background in financial services or accounting, with a focus on client servicing.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to review and provide recommendations on legal documentation such as SLAs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Understanding of reconciliation and institutional payment processes.
