


Our client is a leading Investment Bank seeking an Executive Assistant for an initial 12 month contract to support a mix of MDs and VP level Investment Bankers. They are targeting an early April 2025 start date.
The ideal candidate will have a 5-10 years of prior EA/ PA/TA experience from Investment Banking, Funds Management, Private Equity or the Wealth Management industry
Candidates on Working Holiday Visas will not be considered due to the length of contact and likely extension over 12m
Key responsibilities:
- Extensive, complex diary management, including coordination of internal and external meetings, calls, video preferences
- Maintains team diaries and contacts – Telephone answering is a priority
- Travel – Book flights and accommodation for team
- Expenses – Accurately complete expense reports for team of bankers each month
- Assisting bankers and general administration tasks, source and collate research information, news runs and project materials as required
- Coordinate couriers and outgoing mail, distribute incoming mail
- General administration including document production
- Client entertainment – organize ad hoc lunches, dinners
- Actively foster a cohesive work environment within the EA team; working effectively with other EA’s to ensure cover during lunch hours and other absences
- Build and maintain relationships with staff in offshore offices
Experience:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5-10 years prior EA / PA/ TA experience – from Investment Banking, Funds management, Private Equity or Wealth industries
- Experience in providing support and senior levels of an organisation
- Able to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs
- Extensive experience in admin in a fast paced environment
