Our client is a global investments company seeking a Facilities Coordinator/ Supervisor to join their Sydney team.

This is an initial 12 month contract with a possibility of turning into a permanent role.

Position purpose: Maintenance management of service providers and providing onsite general support for systems

Qualifications and training: 

  • Good knowledge of Building Services; utilities and facilities infrastructure
  • A recognised industry OH&S qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH is an advantage
  • Proven delivery of high quality customer services and client focused approach

Job skills and knowledge:

  • Multitasking and good time management
  • Strong PC skills
  • Strong commercial acumen and management of vendors
  • Strong financial acumen and proven delivery of value for money services and projects
  • Perceived as a credible subject matter expert
  • Proven problem solving skills and innovative approach
  • Customer focused and adaptable, with the ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and peers
