


Our client is a global investments company seeking a Facilities Coordinator/ Supervisor to join their Sydney team.
This is an initial 12 month contract with a possibility of turning into a permanent role.

Position purpose: Maintenance management of service providers and providing onsite general support for systems
Qualifications and training:
- Good knowledge of Building Services; utilities and facilities infrastructure
- A recognised industry OH&S qualification, such as IOSH or NEBOSH is an advantage
- Proven delivery of high quality customer services and client focused approach
Job skills and knowledge:
- Multitasking and good time management
- Strong PC skills
- Strong commercial acumen and management of vendors
- Strong financial acumen and proven delivery of value for money services and projects
- Perceived as a credible subject matter expert
- Proven problem solving skills and innovative approach
