Facilities, Property and Corporate Services – Projects

Salary description: Market Rate

This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced candidate with Facilities, Corporate Services and Property experience to join a leading global bank working on a range of internal projects as a Project Manager. In addition a focus on Procedures documentation, Capital Expenditure Budgeting, Procurement, Department controls and proposals for improving efficiency and automation

Responsibilities will include

Project Management
– Assistance in Property Leasing, Property fitouts and Corporate Services projects
– Supervise and implementation of projects.
– Liaison with Regional Management for Procurement and Property
– Managing external consultants and contractors
– Controlling Project budgets and reporting on projects

– Tenders, Analysis, Recommendations to Management
– Liaison with new Procurement Manager role (in different Department)

Financial and Reporting
– Assist Facilities Manager with Territory Capital Expenditure Budgets
– Assist Facilities Manager for maintaining of Aust and NZ property lease details
– Assist Facilities Manager with Property Rental budgets and spreadsheets

– Documentation of Department Procedures and regular reviews of existing procedures
– Monitor and Review formal procedures produced

Candidate Requirements:

In order to be considered for this role you’ll have at least 3+ years’ experience within Facilities, Property and Corporate Services with a large corporate with some prior Project Management experience.  You will need excellent written and verbal communication skills. In addition, you’ll ideally also have some experience in budgeting, re-forecasting and invoicing.
