Our client is a leading global financial services firm seeking a HR Admin Assistant for a 2-4 week contract in their Melbourne office.
This is a great opportunity to work for a global financial services firm, ideally well suited to a HR university student who is eager to gain working experience over the summer holiday period.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel Files – general tidy up of hard copy documents into respective folders. This includes working through a backlog of files that need to be sorted into respective personnel files
- Scanning – scan and index all personnel files into electronic shared drive
- Shredding – once scanning is completed, confidential disposal/shredding of all files
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administration experience
- Preferably some HR related experience and exposure to managing sensitive personal information/files
- Good attention to detail
Note: this is a short term contact for a duration of approximately 2-4 weeks.
