Contract or TemporaryThis is an exceptional Investment Operations Analyst position, working for a highly-regarded super fund based in Melbourne on an initial 9-month contract, with a strong potential to be promoted to a permanent position pending performance.
This is an Investment Operations Analyst although works across a broad range of functions including unit pricing, fund reporting, tax reporting, and extensive custody interaction.
Responsibilities:
- Unit Pricing
- Data Management Reporting
- Performance Reporting
- Taxation and Accounting
- Fees and Investment Costs
- Implementation
- Broad Contribution to Investments.
- Oversight and point of contact for outsourced service providers
Requirements:
- Knowledge of unit pricing and investment accounting highly desirable.
- The ideal candidate for this role would be an applicant with several years of fund administration, custody operations or asset management middle office experience – ideally within a direct Investment Operations role.
- This position has a fair amount of interaction with their external custodian, thus the candidate must be comfortable in coordinating instructions to the custodian and checking on asset & cash movements.
