Salary description:

  • $50-100k AUD Equivalent
  • Permanent

Our client is a top tier global bank seeking a junior Helpdesk IT Support Analyst to join their team in Sydney.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of call for providing timely and cost effective IT support to the business
  • Logging tickets and calls via help desk applicaiton
  • Troubleshooting desktop and network related issues
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in help desk/customer service IT environment
  • Preference for Bachelor degree level
  • Great communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent knowledge and skills with Microsoft office, outlook, Windows OS and active directory
  • Also desirable but not essential would be knowledge of  lotus notes, smart phone support and cisco phone support
