Our client is an Australian based financial services business who provide their clients with quality corporate trust, agency and loan services.

They are looking to recruit an Operations Officer within Account Management and Loan Administration as the business expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Administration:

  • Data entry and processing of settlements, further advances, construction, draw-downs and renewals in loan management system.
  • Diarising of conditions subsequent.
  • Preparation of settlement confirmation letters to customers.
  • Responsibility for responding to borrower, originator and lender inquiries.

Account Management:

  • Scheduling one off direct debit payments.
  • Updating of bank account details.
  • Generation of daily direct debit and direct credit files.
  • Inbound and outbound borrower phone inquiries.
  • Actioning and responding to inbound borrower email inquires.

This role would suit a junior candidate or recent graduate with some experience and salary package will be commensurate with experience.
