The VP of Transformation in the Middle Office Services team is Change Management, Projects and Strategic Operational Model focused.

It is a senior leadership role in the Middle Office team with responsibility for identifying and leading Transformational Change for Middle Office. This role operates collegiately across the Middle Office locally and globally, driving an increase in automation and efficiency to foster future growth and evolution of our service offering.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure industry best practice by identifying and driving implementation of transformational change and process improvements relating to Middle Office
  • Coordination of projects, initiatives and transformational changes across Middle Office
  • Executive engagement and stakeholder management across multiple projects and initiatives
  • Develop a strong network across our clients business globally, particularly across Global Middle Office, Product & Client Development
  • Client onboarding business lead for Middle Office, covering both local and global migrations
  • Develop a strong understanding of our Middle Office services (existing and next generation)

Experience Required:

  • Proven change management and process improvement experience
  • Technical knowledge of Middle Office services, ability to be hands on with the identification of opportunities for process improvement and change
  • Effective communicator across all levels of the organisation
  • Strong people leadership experience, 10+ years’ experience in a similar environment
