Our client is a boutique stockbroking firm, specialising in providing equity brokerage services to institutional clients, currently seeking a junior Office Administrator to support a senior Executive Assistant, as well as provide general office support.


  • Acting as the first point of contact for clients.
  • Answering and directing phone calls, taking messages and responding to emails.
  • Greeting and assisting visitors, handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Providing general administrative support including: 
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Managing office supplies, kitchen maintenance, inventory, and equipment.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of meetings and staff events, including booking venues, arranging catering and at times, travel arrangements
  • Managing office security passes, IT requests and petty cash. 
  • Filing, data entry, photocopying, binding, and scanning documents.
  • Support the administrative team to ensure the overall smooth running of facilities and equipment at the office.  

Experience required:

  • 6+ months of prior office administration experience required. 
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, client relationship management software and publishing software. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone skills.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines.
