We are a specialist financial markets recruitment business based in Sydney, and as we support our clients across the region we now work on positions across our four target locations of Sydney, Singapore, Hong Kong and Melbourne. We engage with a diverse set of top-tier financial services clients across the region within the sectors of Investment Banking, Funds Management and Wealth Management.
As part of our regional coverage we are seeking a part-time Executive to act as a Recruitment Resourcer in Singapore.
Working from our office at One Raffles Quay in the CBD of Singapore, we are seeking to hire a part-time staff member who can primarily help in conducting interviews with candidates that register with our firm seeking to advance their career. Our three areas of sector specialisation are Investment Banking, Funds Management and Wealth Management recruitment, so when we hire our Recruitment Resourcer in Singapore we would want a professional, well-spoken, confident person to work for us who understands these sectors of the financial markets, and is able to provide value to candidates registering with us for work.
The ideal applicant for this role would have several years of financial markets work experience, preferably in Singapore, and be seeking ongoing part-time employment. Some recruitment experience would be great, although this is not a necessity. We are seeking a candidate that would comfortably be able to coordinate interviews, engage with candidates over email and the phone, and then provide our team a detailed summary of each interview attended.
The ideal profile would likely be an applicant who has several years of post-university financial services experience in Investment Banking, Funds Management or Private Banking and seeking a flexible work arrangement due to family or study commitments. You will need to be very well spoken, confident, present well and be able to discuss a wide range of financial markets positions and career advancement ideas with candidates during the interviews that you conduct on behalf of our team.
The pay offered for this opportunity would vary depending on the profile of the successful candidate, and ideally we would seek to pay our Singapore Recruitment Resourcer on a per-interview basis. In this regard, this Executive working with our firm in this role could create quite a flexible work setup, where you will be able to schedule interviews on your preferred days of the week.
