Our client is a leading Australian Fixed Income Dealer seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day operations and support the business with administrative tasks.

We are ideally seeking someone with a background in Admin and Office Support from a financial services environment seeking a stable long term role.


  • Directly assist the Managing Director with day-to-day operations.
  • Act as a point of contact to managers on administration processes
  • Client Services and Client Administration
  • Email Management
  • Diary Management
  • Salesforce Updating
  • Ad Hoc Team Support

Skills Required:

  • 3+ years in a corporate environment ideally with an operations, administration / assistant background
  • Strong service focus with the ability to build rapport at all levels
  • A proactive nature, challenging and questioning processes, seeking innovative solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
  • Excellent teamwork skills, outgoing and motivated
  • Previous experience with event management
  • Project and time management skills
