- Directly assist the Managing Director with day-to-day operations.
- Act as a point of contact to managers on administration processes

- Ad Hoc Team Support
- 3+ years in a corporate environment ideally with an operations, administration / assistant background
- Strong service focus with the ability to build rapport at all levels
- A proactive nature, challenging and questioning processes, seeking innovative solutions to improve efficiency and mitigate risk
- Excellent teamwork skills, outgoing and motivated
- Previous experience with event management
- Project and time management skills
