HSBC appoints new APAC head of product management for payments and cash management

Raof Latiff has been appointed as regional head of product management for HSBC’s global payments and cash management (PCM) business in Asia-Pacific. In his new role, he is responsible for the management and development of cash management products and services throughout the region.

Latiff brings a wealth of knowledge of the Asia-region to his role as he is familiar with both corporate and financial institutions client segments and their solutions and services.
He moved to HSBC from J.P. Morgan where he spent the last 10 years. His most previous role was regional head of Asean for the treasury services group where he was responsible for the delivery of cash and trade products.
Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Citibank where he was responsible for a number of cash products and service at both a country and regional capacity.
Latiff reports functionally to Raymond Fattell, global head of product management for PCM and locally to Kee Joo Wong, regional head of PCM, Asia- Pacific.
