Given the highly specialized skill set associated with a career within ECM Banking, only the highest caliber Equity Capital Markets associates in the region will be considered for this exclusive position. Having at least 3 years experience within ECM at a top tier investment bank, you will have experience across all aspects of equity finance including acting for issuers, managers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, large-scale placements, hybrids, derivative transactions and private equity and consistently performed at the highest level throughout your investment banking career and academic history.
