To be successful in this role you will need to have shown an entrepreneurial approach to your career to date and the high sense of commercial awareness expected to achieve at this level. You will have 4-7 years M&A execution experience in investment banking or private equity, along with solid deal experience within the broad infrastructure sector (transport, power, utilities, PPP / PFI). First class academic achievements will need to be complimented with an excellent modelling/valuation skill set and a natural understanding for the complexities of infrastructure transactions.
