Supporting some of the industries leading management consultants you will be directly responsible for providing complex market intelligence on mergers and acquisitions and post merger integration, presenting the business with key analytical data and financial valuations. Your strategic research and analysis will provide the business with exclusive knowledge and market data, essential to giving this business the competitive edge on their rivals and keeping it at the forefront of business management.
A strategic and proactive self-motivator you will posses a strong commercial awareness and expert knowledge in M&A and Capital Markets, complimented with an advanced skill set of company valuation and financial modelling.
To be considered for this position you will be degree qualified, MBA or CFA preferred, with at least 3 years of experience in a financial research, corporate strategy within a financial institution, investment banking or a similar analytical and demanding role within this space. You will need to posses a superior technical skill set along with strong business writing, presentation and communication skills.
Core modelling and valuation skills are vital to be considered for this position within this prestigious global business, along with working knowledge of a broad range of business research tools such as Bloomberg, Datastream, Dealogic and Thomson Financial Products.
