Having a solid background in Australian investment banking over the past 10-15 years, ideally gained from a top tier investment bank or independent advisory. The successful candidate will have a proven execution track record within Australian corporate advisory, including significant M&A experience – privatization, public, private and cross-border transactions -across a range of industry sectors. As important, is the ambition, commitment and connections to develop key relationships and originate business for a truly world class platform.
Along with providing the leadership, professional development and mentoring of Associate and Analyst staff, this is a real opportunity to step out from a larger bulge bracket and develop your own personal brand in the Australian M&A space.
