Having at least 2 years experience within equity capital markets at a top tier investment bank, you will have experience across all aspects of equity finance including acting for issuers, managers and underwriters on initial public offerings (IPOs), rights issues, large-scale placements, hybrids, derivative transactions and private equity and consistently performed at the highest level throughout your investment banking career and academic history.
