Continuing the strong flow of high profile domestic and cross-border private equity investments into Australia, this progressive global investment bank is looking to acquire a Financial Sponsors investment banker, at Associate Vice President level, into their Sydney based team.

Requirements

• To be successful in this role you will need to have shown an entrepreneurial approach to your career to date and the high sense of commercial awareness expected to achieve at this level.
• Having a solid background in M&A or financial sponsors investment banking over the past 6-8 years, ideally gained from a top tier investment bank or independent advisory, the successful candidate will have a proven track record within a full range of financial advisory and capital-raising services across this space and proven desire to continue into a leadership and origination role in the space.
• Consistently playing an active role in Asia’s most significant M&A deals this is a business with true first class relationships across the region’s clients. The opportunity exists for a motivated, well connected and entrepreneurial AVP to work closely with industry leading senior executives and harness these relationships and put themselves at the fore front of financial sponsors transactions within this opportunistic and exciting global business.
