The opportunity exists for a motivated, well connected and entrepreneurial Vice President to harness these relationships in the domestic market and put themselves at the fore front of Australian mergers and acquisitions within this specialist advisory business.
Having a solid background in Australian investment banking over the past 8-10 years, ideally gained from a top tier investment bank or independent advisory. The successful candidate will have a proven execution track record within Australian corporate advisory, including significant M&A experience – privatisation, public, private and cross-border transactions -across a range of industry sectors. As important, is the ambition, commitment and connections to develop key relationships and originate business for a truly world class platform.
Along with providing the leadership, professional development and mentoring of Associate and Analyst staff, this is a real opportunity to step out from a larger bulge bracket and develop your own personal brand in the Australian M&A space.
