Our client is seeking an experienced Change Manager to join their Organisational Enablement function, supporting a major Investment Data and Technology program. Reporting to the Senior Manager – Change Delivery, the successful candidate will partner with internal teams across Investment, Technology, and Data to lead the people side of change—ensuring successful delivery and adoption of key organisational initiatives.

The candidate will be a high performing change management specialist with demonstrated experience in supporting large, complex programs of work in the Investment domain, working closely with a broad range of stakeholders. The role will work across numerous delivery teams encompassing technology, data and business change and across all aspects of the delivery cycle from ideation through to implementation.

Embedded within a business-critical program, the Change Manager will develop and implement tailored change strategies, drive stakeholder engagement, and support capability uplift across impacted teams. This is a hands-on delivery role with a strong focus on behavioural change, communications, training support, and stakeholder coaching.

The role will suit a high-performing end-to-end change professional with demonstrated experience supporting large-scale, complex initiatives in fast-paced environments. Experience within investment or financial services domains is strongly preferred ( ie Asset managers, Investment Banks etc)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & drive change management strategies and plans for each assigned project/program or change initiative that acknowledges and addresses the different aspects of the change management framework.
  • For the Investment Technology and Data program in particular, apply Investment domain experience in operating model implementation, working across technology, data and business teams to drive alignment, adoption and measurable behaviour change.
  • Perform business impact analysis to evaluate the actual impact of changes to assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Identify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation strategies, and identify and manage anticipated resistance to change
  • Work collaboratively with the Internal Communications function to support the design, development, delivery and management of communications relevant to change initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with the PMO and other project/program personnel to integrate change management activities into projects/program and initiative plans.
  • Design and implement change management tools for project teams to use that enhance their change management capabilities and align to the change management framework.
  • Promote the principles of positive change, using examples to build change capability across the organisation
  • Support governance and reporting, including integration with PMO and program delivery.
  • Coach project sponsors, team leads and stakeholders in embedding change effectively.

Candidate Profile:

  • 7–10 years of change management experience across large, complex initiatives.
  • Prior exposure to financial services- ideally asset management, or invesment banking, investment operations, or governance programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder influence, including coaching and advisory experience.
  • Familiarity with methodologies such as Prosci or PCI preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Business, Psychology, HR).
