Our client is a leading Trustee Service seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team.

Role objectives:

  • Workflow management
  • New customer onboarding
  • Training and Development
  • Promapp (workflow)

Key responsibilities:

  • Carry out AML/KYC on new clients
  • Manage the collection and recording of Compliance Certificate for clients
  • Manage the collection and processing tax returns and annual accounts for clients
  • Establish bank accounts
  • Manage inboxes for payments and reports
  • Check and authorise payments into the online banking systems
  • Enter payments into the online banking platforms (as back-up)
  • Assist with bank reconciliations
  • Archive documents and maintain archive register
  • Filing client correspondence/documents
  • Record client assets in ARM (in-house system

The ideal candidate must be very process driven, organised and also have the ability to work with new computer systems.
