


Our client is a leading Trustee Service seeking an Operations Administrator to join their team.
Role objectives:
- Workflow management
- New customer onboarding
- Training and Development
- Promapp (workflow)
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out AML/KYC on new clients
- Manage the collection and recording of Compliance Certificate for clients
- Manage the collection and processing tax returns and annual accounts for clients
- Establish bank accounts
- Manage inboxes for payments and reports
- Check and authorise payments into the online banking systems
- Enter payments into the online banking platforms (as back-up)
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Archive documents and maintain archive register
- Filing client correspondence/documents
- Record client assets in ARM (in-house system
The ideal candidate must be very process driven, organised and also have the ability to work with new computer systems.
