Asset ManagementA leading global trading firm is seeking a Director of Liquidity Management to manage various liquidity providers to ensure that pricing and execution is optimised for clients and the business. You will be a subject matter expert on monitoring price streams, and execution settings, creating and rolling out our team’s standard operating procedures. This position calls for a strategic thinker with a robust understanding of financial markets and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement liquidity management strategies to ensure efficient capital utilization and maintain market competitiveness.
- Communication with liquidity providers to ensure competitive pricing and execution for clients.
- Monitor our company performance and provide strategic recommendations to make improvements.
- Develop robust standard operating procedures and trading infrastructure by collaborating with operations team, dealing team and IT team.
- Report to key stakeholders on current performances, issues, and actionable solutions and be able to take lead in completing solution building projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in liquidity management, financial analysis, or a related role in financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with risk & trading platforms.
