We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our client as a Marketing and Communications Specialist, supporting their Investor Relations team. This role will focus on delivering professional, impactful brand design, digital marketing execution, and communications across a range of investor-facing channels.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong graphic design skills, confidence managing digital platforms such as WordPress and HubSpot, and the ability to balance creative design with marketing operations. Working closely with the CMO, Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, and Content Marketing Specialist, you will act as a key connector across functions ensuring seamless collaboration, brand consistency, and high-quality investor materials.

 Responsibilities:

•           Supporting our clients Investor Relations team with digital marketing execution, brand design and communications.

•           Designing and managing investor materials (presentations, reports, social, EDMs).

•           Managing digital touchpoints (website, HubSpot CRM, campaign automation).

•           Acting as an internal “Swiss army knife” across marketing functions, ensuring professionalism and brand consistency.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Understanding of marketing fundamentals; tertiary marketing qualification desirable.
  • 3 + years of professional experience in marketing and digital communications, with the capability to seamlessly bridge creative design, digital execution, and marketing operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite / Canva).
  • Competence in WordPress/Elementor and basic DNS/website management.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred), including automation workflows, forms, and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A confident “all-rounder” who can move between design, digital, and marketing ops with ease.
  • Finance services sector knowledge or interest is a bonus to have

Preferred (advantageous):

  • Versatility and breadth marketing and digital experience across multiple sectors, with the ability to adapt brand, design, and communication strategies to diverse industries and audiences.
  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite / Canva and competence in WordPress/Elementor and basic DNS/website management
