New Chief Operating Officer for BT
Andrew Walker, formerly Westpac’s senior head of strategy and M&A, has been named as the new COO of BT Financial Group.
Mr Walker’s appointment follows the creation of a standalone insurance business unit and the merging of the platforms and investments operations.
A BT spokesperson told InvestorDaily’s sister title ifa that “a new chief operating officer role complements the repointing by bringing together strategy, marketing, digital and all customer operations’ teams among others”.
