HSBC Launches Wealth Academy in Singapore
finews.asia
HSBC has launched a Wealth Academy in Singapore, which will act as a learning program to upgrade the advisory capabilities and services of its frontline teams, according to a statement. The academy will collaborate with London Business School for advanced learning and, via a newly signed agreement, Singapore Airlines Academy for service excellence and client experience. All relationship managers and wealth advisors in Singapore are expected to undergo training in the Wealth Academy by the end of this year. The academy is part of a global rollout across 16 markets.
According to the bank, the academy will support targeted career development for frontline staff through three pillars of structured learning. First, there will be a Wealth Knowledge Hub – a digital curriculum covering foundational to advanced wealth concepts. Second, there will be face-to-face and virtual sessions with global experts through Wealth Live Learning, focusing on topics including client engagement, product knowledge, and risk and controls. Third, development pathways will be offered to selected participants through Wealth Excellence.
