Australian Ethical launches values-driven wholesale fund

Ethical super and investment fund manager Australian Ethical has launched a multi-asset balanced fund targeting mission-driven wholesale investors. Developed in collaboration with Australian Impact Investments (Aii), the Australian Ethical Balanced Income Fund is designed for large investors including foundations and not-for-profits (NFP) which seek to invest in line with their mission. According to the fund’s website, it is defined as a medium-risk investment.
Beyond foundations and NFPs, Australian Ethical said the fund also has broader relevance for wholesale investors seeking a professionally managed balanced portfolio with an embedded impact allocation. The fund applies Australian Ethical’s unique Ethical Charter across a multi-asset balanced portfolio and includes a dedicated impact allocation backed by Aii. It joins Australian Ethical’s suite of five multi-asset funds which range from low to high-risk.
