Praemium FUA reaches $34.4bn in Q3
InvestorDaily
In his first speech as acting CEO of Praemium, Denis Orrock, says the platform’s focus is on its technology transformation as platform FUA reaches $34.4 billion in Q3. Orrock was appointed CEO this month after the surprise departure of Anthony Wamsteker who left with immediate effect. His exit followed the exit of chair Barry Lewin who was replaced by Matthew Quinn, meaning both the chair and the CEO are now new appointments.
Speaking at the company’s annual general meeting (AGM) on 14 October, Orrock said: “Praemium enters FY27 with positive momentum and an experienced executive team. The focus now is straightforward: grow revenue, keep a close eye on costs, simplify the business where we can, and make sure the work underway translates into stronger earnings and better returns for shareholders,” he said. “The focus now is to convert committed assets into revenue, remove unnecessary complexity from the business, improve the client experience and keep progressing the platform transformation that supports future growth.”
